Delivery charges will be charged very minimal as our kitchen is spread nearest to your place. The same would be mentioned in the invoice.

Our delivery time is as below

     Breakfast Timings: 9 am to 11 am (Not operating currently)

     Lunch Timings: 12.30 pm to 2:30 pm

     Snack Timings: 4 pm to 6.30 pm

     Dinner Timings: 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

     Delivery time might delay in case of unforeseen situation that might happen rarely. You will be intimated in case it happens and highly regret it happened. We will take utmost care and prioritize the order delivery.

     On arrival of the delivery executive at your doorstep, please verify and confirm the receipt of all the items as per your order. If any items are found missing, then depending the situation & your interest, we will either refund or deliver it free of cost.

     Cancellation will not be entertained after the cutoff time of order placement. In case the cutoff time hasn’t passed we will refund the amount paid or will add it to your wallet.

     It may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. In such a case, we will inform you and arrangements for change in delivery address or cancellation can be made. Refund of money will be taken care in such cases.


Cancellation Policy

     Cancellation is not entertained if the cut-off time is passed.

     All intimation post the cut-off timings mentioned will not be considered

     Customers have the option for temporary suspending their delivery, and any pending delivery can be carried forward to the dates mentioned by you.

     Bukkadbox may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason.

     All our ingredients are sourced from reputed brands.

     If the cancellation was made on time and system has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit with the full amount, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable.

     Bukkadbox takes QUALITY utmost care in delivering Hygienic food keeping the Nutritional aspect in mind with best industry practices followed.

     We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
